There are two processes we use to produce self adhesive stickers & decals - screen printing & digital
Traditionally, adhesive materials were screen printed, providing economy & durability under most circumstances
Because the ink deposit is relatively thick in comparison to other print processes, colours are vibrant
& long lasting.
Screen printing is best suited to longer runs of stickers or labels where only a fewer colours are
to be printed and those colours are solid 'spot' colours, not blends or fine lines.
Maximum size of sticker is 1000 x 760mm
printing can however print many colours such as metallics and fluoros that digital printing can't reproduce.
Screenprints supply many thousands of screen printed stickers to local and national organisations.
PROS of SCREEN PRINTED STICKERS
Vibrant spot colours, metallics & fluoros
Very economical for larger quantities
CONS of SCREEN PRINTED STICKERS
Not the best for high definition
Set up cost makes small quantities a bit pricey
Not good for full colour & blends of colour
